Anti Wrinkle Appointment

Service Description

Having discussed your requirements with Chelle, you can book your anti wrinkle service here. You may select how many areas you require and you'll need to complete your consultation forms if you haven't already. Chelle will only action your prescription when the deposit has been received through this booking. If you're still unsure how many areas you need, simply book 1 area. Chelle will be able to advise further on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the appointment by logging into your account. If you try to change your appointment within 48 hours, the system will not allow you to so you will lose your deposit and you will need to book a new appointment.
